Richard Biofuel is an immigrant to the United States from the then Soviet Russia approximately 51 years of age. He has multiple mother issues including standard Oedipal syndrome. Biofuel is not his real name he has informed me, but rather a corruption of his native Russian or Ukranian (Richard lies a lot about his background). Because of his subterfuge used in his self-expression, Richard is diagnosed a Compulsive Liar and perhaps quite dangerous. Prior to his incarceration at Happy Hill Mental Facility, Richard may or may not have been involved in illicit activities surrounding Organized Crime. There are also rumors that Richard worked for the KGB and the CIA.
